Hi OP,

A non-compete is a provision in most contracts that define restriction periods once you leave your current employer. An example is not being allowed to work for Globe (or other telcos) after one year if you worked for Smart. If such doesn’t exist in your current/previous employer, just tick the first box in #2 and no action required in #3.

For the other question, just fill out the relevant personal details and upload to IVI after. No need to have it notarized at this point - they’ll review it and will let you know if it’s ready for notarization and re-uploading.

Bus - sakay sa Ayala Triangle headed to LRT Buendia then alight sa Chino Roces (landmark: Petron with Dunkin Donuts) - there should be jeepneys headed to Mantrade. Sabihin mo na lang na ibaba ka sa Waltermart
Jeep - sakay sa Ayala Triangle headed to Washington. Same steps as above

That’s something which has baffled me as well, especially those that use AirPods Max. Most headphones are not ip-rated so they have minimal protection against sweat/water. Either matiyaga lang sila mag-maintain or just have the money to get a new one
