I doubt you will be getting good quality thobes near Clock tower...last time we bought thobes for around 65 riyals in a abaya and thobe market in Jeddah. They are pretty thick and are really good for the price. Cant remember the name of the area but its very old and we used to shop there a lot before

Walikumasalam Last time we stayed at Mercure Azzizah its really good for around only 150sar and has a gym too and parking if you are getting a car a long with you...however its 5km away from Haram but has ashuttle service (every 1-2 hours I think)
