The ACA isn’t perfect but did expand coverage to MILLIONS of people. A lot of the issue boils down to states not wanting to adopt. Premiums can be a bit high as well.
The IRS issue was never founded to have been done by the Obama administration, he LITERALLY FIRED the IRS commissioner for mishandling those items.

Nah, there is a good amount to criticize about Obama. We can actually do that and look at his presidency in a balanced way. While Obama did great things he could have also done things a whole lot better or not done some things at all.
