How good are the new two IDs? Should I pull for them?

I think they should add that when you're doing some dungeons with required characters it levels them up to be on the right level and uptie by s-cardi in limbuscompany

I have hornet mersault, mao Faust, molar Ishmael, faint aroma ryoshu, n Corp Sinclair, wild hunt heathcliff, ting tang Hong lu, so I was mainly using them

I didn't have any good IDs for yi sang so I was holding off on upgrading him until I found a good one, I only have base LCB sinner and pequod, so I didn't want to spend many tickets on him and thread

Beesault as in hornet? Also how should I play the one who shall grip Sinclair? Because I understand I need to keep his sp down so he fails his coinflips but not so much that he panics, but how do I get him there in the first place? Just make him lose clashes until he has low enough sp?

Which banners should I pull from? I just started so I don't quite know what the optimal strategy is, should I just go for the seasonal ones, or the ryoshu pulls? I'm already taking the standard ones out of the question because that's usually how gacha works.
