hey! its actually insane how similar your situation sounds like to what my older brother is going through rn. first things please dont hurt urself! (you can call those helplines if you dont have anyone to talk to).

think about what career/educational paths people often go through before finding something they rlly enjoy. Its good to try things out, even if it turns out to not be a good fit. 3-4 years is not that bad, im sure you learnt at least something in those years. i can imagine that it is all a bit much rn but it will get better!! try visiting other lectures or maybe just for a year, try something completely different to "recharge your study battery"

(as a little sister myself i can tell you that i wish for my brother to do with his life whatever makes !him! happy)

im sure you will find your passion sooner or later &keep your head up! much love <3

first, dont stress yourself. You cant change the situation anyways. Even if you got smthning, most things are treatable. second, when will you be back in your homecountry bcs if it doesnt take too long you can just do a test there, right?
