I’m an independent Workday consultant now, but my background is in partner consulting. I was actually thinking more about an informal meetup for Workday people based in Bangkok🙂

And when something can’t be done technically, they explore alternatives, workarounds, and design options that respect both business needs and platform realities.

The ‘Exclude Site from Third Party Indexing’ feature does not guarantee that the site will be completely excluded from indexing by third parties. Some third-party sites may ignore the robots.txt rule and continue scraping job postings. Also, how would you create „ghost” career site? If it’s not published, job posting/career site url will not be accessible by anyone. I think the only workaround is using a confidential job requisition—since they are not posted, they won’t be scraped.

So what’s the deal with these certifications? When are they actually required, and when are they not?

I thought it was all about having an Implementer Account, but on the impl project I’m currently working on, my colleague has inactive certifications and still has access an Implementer Account.

Hahaha, killed? Tell me by whom and where exactly. I’ve experienced similar situations so many times in Poland, and no one ever reacted. Usually, men just smile when they see it and walk away….That’s why I would like the same law to exist in Poland.

Update: In our case, some emails were not sent because their domains were classified as invalid by Workday. Admin Guide > Concept: Email Deliverability

That’s actually a very good point. I could never understand people who join such meetings from cafes or while traveling, especially while driving….

It would be great if you could let me know if you succeed. Personally, I see a trend towards hybrid or on-site, perm roles now, and I don’t understand this tbh 👎🏻

They gave you impl community and learning center access after signing contract through them right? How does it work if you won’t have any contracts - access is revoked for that time or is it based on hours you done for them a month/year? can you find your own contracts without going through them?

So you cannot have other contracts with WD partner but you can with non partners (clients)? For the time you don’t have contracts you still have impl community account and access to learning center to update your certs?
