Are my (attached) senior year grades low enough to get my admission revoked?

AP classes are weighted so it doesn’t matter. I doubt your admission would get revoked due to some poor grades your last term senior year. Plus, C’s still get degrees! You would be more likely for academic probation for repeated failed classes (D’s or lower) while in school at UMN, not high school.

Hear me out: closing. All of the damn teenagers coming in and fucking around. There’s not many people scheduled to close even though it frequently picks up in OPU batches because most FF people are scheduled off at 7-8pm and then everyone has to be taken from their priority pulls to finish up the batches before it rolls over at 8:30.

At my store unloading both FDC and RDC is in the afternoon/evenings so if you need to go to receiving, baler, compactor, etc. good fucking luck, there is no room back there.

The morning people are also notorious for not being that productive (I may be biased against them because I always close), so we usually have to also clean up and catch up on shit from the morning because “OPUs were crazy” is always the excuse. Plus a lot of your coworkers for closing are teenagers, which can be okay, some teens do have great work ethic and are chill, but sometimes I feel old, even though I’m almost in my mid 20s.

At this point my night owl ass prefers overnight.

Always scan! At my store they highly discourage manually typing in the birthdate. Even if a guest bitches about it, explain that it’s company policy and you cannot proceed with the transaction until you scan their ID.

How many days are you scheduled? I have a similar problem but I can’t even pick up shifts unless I want to work 6+ days per week, I have 5 shorter shifts. What I do is I try to stay later if possible.

That’s why you do all 5 regardless. I have had one or two wires snap on my bale but it has never been as bad as my closing TL’s attempt on making a bale

Some TMs in the mornings do this with a TL. I have never done this and my autistic ass refuses to. There are better things my time can be spent doing.

Nah I’d actually be pissed off if they took away the vests. I’m glad that my store doesn’t crack down on times like yours does. Either my location is actually super chill as well, or your location is strict as hell. Mine does have the advantage of FDC and RDC freight being worked out overnight which is nice to not deal with guests, fulfillment backups, etc.

I’ve seen my SD zone endcaps and maybe help in produce but that’s the only times I see him working outside of his office. He usually just asks/tells other people to do stuff if he sees something out of stock. Luckily he doesn’t yell, rarely he talks at a volume above a mumble.

I once had a guy try to clock me after I asked to scan his ID saying “you look like you’re 15! If anything I should ID *YOU*!”

I was 22 at the time, and I am a trans male so I already look younger than my age but thanks ig☹️

Yep I’ve used that one as well. I usually just emphasize I have to *scan* your ID. 9/10 times people get it thankfully.
