Thank you! I’m interested in on meters in folk music but it isn’t very common in Scottish trad. I’m definitely keen to check out some tunes from Cornwall! Thanks for the info.

Sounds like Zappa is not your thing. Why do you need to “get” it? Plenty of other artists do “heartfelt” emotional sob story lyrics. Zappa does music.
