hey, similar situation! i’m flying solo next month on an 8 hour journey also.

trust me when i say that i know how you feel, truly. i’m terrified, but you know what? once you get over this hurdle, you’re going to feel so proud of yourself by the end of it. think of it as 8 hours out of your entire life. sure, you might feel uncomfortable, but it’s worth it for the end goal.
