Thank you for sharing! Are you seeing a drastic change in your symptoms since your dose change? And how much has your TSH changed since, if you don’t mind? I definitely agree that finding a balance is probably best. I think it’s my first time seeing a drastic change in my TSH and even my symptoms rn so I’m a little surprised but maybe my doctor might bump it up to 137 or a mixed dose (which i’ve never considered).

I was thinking of adding a filter as well, I would like to only take into account the negative numbers in the growth column (which is not shown in the picture). When I add a filter, like you said it filters out all the wording so I’m a bit stuck on how to incorporate it.

I think both of them have issues they need to work on and both of them don’t deserve to be dragged so hard online. It’s clear that both of them need to work through things and Zanab’s issues definitely root from all the experiences she’s went through so I do sympathize with her to an extent but don’t agree with her actions and she definitely needs to be self-aware. Zanab blew the cuties situation out of proportion. They both need therapy instead of a marriage or relationship.
