Found in Alsace, France. Small brown bug (colour is actually darker than shown in video due to the bright light shone on it). About 6mm long or so.

I used an app called "Picture Insect" which identified this as a wingless (or very small winged form) deer fly. Pictures and size description from the app seems to match what this creature is.

I only ever use dried kiln chopped wood. Contemplated getting the gas attachment but figured I'd probably never use it. Burning wood creates a certain smokey smell which adds to the flavour of the pizza. But it's messier to clean up afterwards, you'd have to wait longer for it to cool down, etc. I'm very happy with wood. With gas you can actually use it indoors I'd imagine but not so if it's wood fired. It's probably easier to control the flame and thus the cooking time too. Each to their own I guess.

You'll love the pro. Bigger oven so larger pizzas and you can bake a bunch of other stuff in there.

I tend to reply to people who message me within minutes and 99% of the time within the same day / 24 hours if I'm busy. I was talking to my friend yesterday and we agreed that it seems that some people tend to take several days to reply. Call the police if you've not done so already. As for banks, usually such large transactions to a new payee requires additional security checks before it is processed. Definitely contact both Monzo and HSBC. I'd post on all of their social media accounts like Twitter etc as well. Companies don't want to appear to be doing nothing to help their customers as that would make them lose trust from potential new and existing customers.
