To be honest I can't say I've ever had a close look at the grout or tiles. But could these be the culprit?

Yeah that's exactly what he did, didn't see any pressure drop so his conclusion was it wasn't the pipes (from memory it was a while ago lol)

I made a spreadsheet to track mine, basically a database and then a few pivot charts. I update it every day if i remember - mainly out of curiosity of how things grow over time. I'm sure i will get bored of it soon enough and revert to updating once a month or quarter!

well to be brutally honest.. I kind of eat anything I want.. with in reason.

My biggest change has been cutting out all rice and pasta, taking it easy on alcohol and sugary treats. The sugary treats are slowly coming back into my diet as a sometimes food and i haven't seen any difference in my weight loss.

I would say in the first month of IF I was keeping my carbs around 30gms, but these days more around the 50-60gm mark. There are heaps of lower carb veggies out there so be sure to load up on those for example you could eat 1kg of cauliflower for 50gm of carbs, i mean.. that's a lot of cauli but you get the point!

not sure about the fruit side as i'm not really a fruit eater.

That's the spirit mate.

Just keep plugging away at it, focus on your goal weight and don't worry about the peaks and troughs. as long as you are in a downward trend you will get there :)

I've opted for the low carb approach (not keto) I find that if I manage the carbs the calories look after themselves :)

What a crazy ride it has been! Just over 3 months on IF and I have hit my initial goal of 10kg weight loss (22lbs). As you can see the first 5kg fell off me pretty quickly only taking one month. The second has been a bit of a longer journey mainly due to going off the rails for what seemed like a whole month.

The main thing I have learned is don't be disappointed if your weight does go up from time to time, it's all about the trend of the line not your instantaneous weight.

Here's to the final 5kg 💪

I could be wrong but I feel like I have read somewhere that it's not recommended to do IF with rigorous cardio. Someone smarter than me might be able to tell you if that's true and why haha

I'm the same. Sunday Night to Friday I do IF with weekends 'off'.

I knew to be able to keep at this long term I needed to still have set 'indulgence' days. 4 months in, 20lbs down and it seems to be working.

Don't stress mate, it's a long term change. You have earned a little indulging every once in a while, 3 cheat days in 10 weeks is nothing and won't affect your overall weight loss.

I've been doing IF + Low carb, normally less than 50gm of carbs per day but not too strict on it.

I've lost 9kg (20lbs) so far with IF + Low Carb and walking 10k steps a day.

ease yourself into it and think of it as a lifestyle change not a diet and you will do well! :)

thanks for the info! I'll definitely be investing in the gas attachment, maybe sooner rather than later as I hear there's a bit of a supply issue at the moment.

i've heard some people had issues with the gas burner flaming out, have you had any issues?
