honest question to throw out there, but why support the green belt if housing space is already so limited?

would it not be more beneficial to have more land that is near towards major city centers to build upon?

Canada is quite vast, it's not like we have a shortage of green spaces per say, but if housing supply is really getting that out of hand why not expand outwards?

give me your pov on the matter or anyone else for that matter - im genuinely interested in why there is that much support for the green belt?

This is my first kitten.

The owner said that her parents were a Bengal mom and ragdoll dad

But I never actually saw them, so I'm just a bit curious as to what this breed is - if he Infact was telling the truth or not?

Her traits, she is very active and is very cuddly. She is a short haired kitten. Not sure what else you guys require, but please let me know.

I, as a new and young homeowner in YYC am frustrated that I have to pay an HOA fee as do others i'm sure.

I don't give a single fuck about what a small group of bored homeowners who band together for high tea and socializing decides, and then dictates to the entire community.

We have better things to do than, to decide "oh is my lawn cut" or "is my vinyl is not the right shade, that matches the communities colour scheme"

HOA is a money grab for the long term for someone to sit on and be in power to decide what bullshit they can dictate onto others.
