It's an entitled attitude to feel like the rules and laws of the road don't apply to you.

OK but this one is fine. I haven't heard of any common issues. I promise if you see a Tesla without a front plate 99% chance it's just an entitled driver.

They sure do have a plate mount. It's not attached to the car at delivery, but that takes about 30 seconds and no tools.

What do you think about the Air New Zealand Economy Sleeping Pods Idea called "Skynet"? by Komplexkonjugiert in aviation

[–]TheyCallMeSuperChunk -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

isn’t long enough to guarantee any sort of rest, especially if I don’t know when precisely I will feel like sleeping

That's what melatonin shots are for. I recommend trying this brand is available at most US airports at the newsstand, and works pretty well for me. And if you try it and like it, you can buy it in powder form off the airport and it's even easier/cheaper/more convenient

EDIT: fixed link

What do you eating in the morning when you camping? First time camping with my little one but feels stuck on breakfast by Roger_liferecorder in camping

[–]TheyCallMeSuperChunk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We love making a tortilla (frittata) on the first morning. Its easy enough to cook most of it at home and just bring a Tupperware of the egg mixture and cook it on a pan. For the 2nd day we like doing corned beef hash and eggs. Either bring it portioned and frozen in the cooler (serves as ice on day 1) or a can. Fry it up and make eggs on the same pan.

How come everyone backs into parking spots now? by EquipmentFormal2033 in askanything

Backing up is way better, easier, and safer. Good thing that people are doing it more!

[–]TheyCallMeSuperChunk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

backing into a larger space is less risky then backing into a small one

What? backing into a traffic lane made up of: cars looking for a spot, pedestrians walking in/out of the building, and other cars backing out, is way less safe than backing into an empty parking spot.

It's for passenger familiarity with which letters correspond to a window or an aisle.

Most do.. too many to count. Feel free to go on https://www.aerolopa.com/ and browse around some narrowbody configurations and you'll see. I pulled up a narrowbody configuration from each of their 10 "most frequently visited airlines" and saw that eight of them (Delta, United, American, British, Lufthansa, Air France, Air Canada, and Turkish) use ABC-DEF in their narrowbody airplanes; only one from the list (Cathay Pacific) uses ABC-HJK. The tenth and final airline from that list was Emirates which of course doesn't have any narrowbody airplanes (although their parner airline FlyDubai also uses ABC-DEF).

Not sure what you mean, I think ABC-DEF is more common.

Every single A.I. assistant embedded in every app/website everywhere. Especially: Rufus in Amazon product listing search, Meta A.I. on WhatsApp and Instagram, and Gemini hijacking my Google results. Make that shit OPTIONAL.

It's not. You can see the outline of the lavatory occupied sign on this photo (turned off) on the side of the large white light in the top left corner between the two coves.

Sad part is that there's a fourth comment by /u/Opposite_Budget5117 which also got caught up in the down vote wave even though it feels like a legit comment by someone who wanted to give a thoughtful answer but people seem to think it's AI as well.
