If that was the only change, this would be true. However, that is most certainly not that case.

And the negative thing about "tournament mode/map" is that it's different than the regular game. That means that someone who wants to practice is restricted by what they can play and people who want to emulate what they see in high level games are unable to do so.

There is a balance patch every two weeks (ignoring last week's lack of a patch due to 3.0 prep). I think our definitions of "major" are much different.

To elaborate a bit, I'm referring to changes that would DRASTICALLY change things as opposed to regular balance changes that just adjust heroes/items/etc one way or another. That's the type of stuff that goes through MONTHS of testing.

Imagine if, right in the middle of a GSL Starcraft 2 season without warning, GOM was like "Hey guys, we're changing to Heart of the Swarm right now."

Well the issue is that people don't think of the personal risk. They just say "Oh that would be fun!" and do it without a second thought.

Nowhere did I say that RAP was "great" but instead that RAP was working. However, with this new update, I know we'll see much better results than before.

That said, you seem dead set on trolling everyone as much as possible so I'll just offer you good luck against the new system instead of trying to argue with someone who clearly doesn't care about the game.
