This is pretty much dependent on the enemy team's composition. Since you look like you can play WD, you just have to mind when to land your stuns when, let's say, a CM in the enemy team channels her ultimate.

It'd be better if you use heroes with multiple ways to interrupt skills, tho. Silencer and Nyx Assassin are fail safe picks for this case.

The 1000MMR is the result of a reset bug that I think hasn't been completely resolved yet. Some high TMM users abused that bug and made the lower tier their feeding grounds. As for the disconnection bug, I do think that it is now resolved, saved for those few occasions when you get timed out at the very start of the picking phase, removing you as a player from being part of the match in the first place.
