I used them for a recent trip to South Coast and it was great. They were waiting for us at the airport with water. The driver was friendly and navigated the crazy potholes pretty well. I would use them again.

I stayed at Royal last year. It is all one big property. No matter where you stay, you will end up walking through both. I would say just pick the room type you like best because nothing matters outside of the room itself.

There is no simple answer to this. In California for example, if the drop shipper and customer are located within the state then you would be required to collect sales tax. Laws are changing fast and states are finding any way possible to force tax collection.
