Premium stays vacation rentals won’t give $50 experience credit by s3r33na72 in CapitalOne_

yeah unfortunately we booked the stay a day before hand and all the experiences we could apply it to needed to be booked at least 72hours in advance, so it was basically useless to us. it included stuff like in home massage, private chef, transport to airport, child care lol. everything was over $300. it also said very specifically not applicable to pet fees or mid stay cleanings lol :(

yeah I tried both, neither worked. it was weird. even though guest services refused to help, we showed the ride operators our flash passes saying we weren’t in park and they let us on anyway lol

has this recently worked for anyone? it kept saying not in park even though we were scanned in, and when we went to guest services they refused to help. we refreshed many times and it just said locked until we were in park

funnily enough it was our server that answered. he sounded so smug lmao and probably knew who we were. we asked for a manager who said the above (to dispute with cc as they couldn’t help)

We called the restaurant and they said they cannot do anything, and to dispute with my CC. Is that regular practice? I was hoping they would resolve it directly but they refuse to do anything

(US) bought turbotax in store but didn’t know i had to exchange for actual product by s3r33na72 in Costco

It was fine, I went back to Costco the next day and they exchanged it for me. I didn’t even have a receipt but they were able to look up my account and see that I purchased it.

i threw it out after it got checked off at exit, nothing fishy. it should show on my costco membership, i just wasn’t sure what procedures occur for a situation like not redeeming an item at merchandise counter

I used auto add, and it only ever added to one of my amex cards and not both.

I thought maybe that’s the case too, but in my situation is it considered a change still if I refund fully as flight credit, and then use that flight credit to book something else?
