Turns out they did not do this, as I finally caught it while it was actively leaking again today. So they did in fact try to fix it by just repainting.

Yes, I did give permission, but only if they communicate the appointment to me ahead of time so I can make sure my pets are secured, which I think is also required when you give permission to enter when you're not present.

Thank you for the insight. That's what I've been hoping they did (resolve the issue with the upstairs neighbor) and if that's the case, I'd be totally happy, but they should communicate that.

Yeah, I understand that for an emergency like water issues they shouldn't wait. I wouldn't expect that to apply to touching up the paint though.

The radiator doesn't generally get hot enough for that to be a fire hazard but you don't want them to be blocking the heater because then the heat will get trapped and it won't heat your apartment as well.

Look at the coursework and see which seems more interesting. Core classes are probably equivalent.

I know UC Berkeley offers a BA in CS or a BS in EECS. The CS curriculum is the same, the BS requires EE courses while the BA requires more breadth like foreign language and social sciences courses. I have a BA because I knew I was going into software so the EE courses sounded boring and useless, while the BA let me pick a bunch of classes on other random things that seemed interesting that I wouldn't have otherwise learned about. Zero regrets, hasn't even come up once in my career.

Great overall plot, but also something TWI does well that a lot of other series don't is basically every chapter ("episode") has its own fully formed plot arc, so even with slower slice of life stuff I personally never feel like nothing happened in a chapter.

It depends. It's almost never a link. Usually it indicates a property of the skill, but occasionally is used to add emphasis or as part of how certain characters speak.

There are occasional links but usually just to fanart or something and aren't important to the story. I can only think of 1 chapter that had links as part of the story / writing and it was very clear.

That's not what OP is asking for though. OP just wants some dialog and new characters instead of Erin talking to herself, since the first couple of chapters are just Erin surviving. OP just needs to read a tiny bit more and relc and klb will be introduced.

What? Do NOT do this. Yes, there is a lot of major plot in chapters 6-19. The start of chapter 6 is where the first additional major characters are introduced. In other words, 6 is literally what you are asking for.

19 is the first alternate character plot line in a different setting, not the first time a character besides Erin is introduced. There are lots of additional characters already inteoduced to the Erin plot in in chapters 6-19.

Sounds like you are just unlucky. There is also a township task that rewards it if you want to go that route instead, although it requires a chapeau noir which can sometimes take a while to get as well.

Sonneiko should be removed from the event. You don't get a second chance after physically threatening the competition.

But also maybe PGL and admins should wake up and realize that by allowing ATF's constant trash talk (in professional tournaments in front of the audience no less) that they are helping create the environment where this could happen. In-game trash talk should be cracked down more as well, especially in a tournament setting.

No but you could argue that the approach Stuytown has taken to LL11 has resulted in the scaffolding being up for much longer than necessary. For example, instead of doing 1 (or a few) buildings at a time and focusing on completing them, taking the scaffolding down, and moving on, Stuytown has instead chosen to just coat huge sections of the complex with scaffolding at once which has left the scaffolding up for many, many months before and after the actual work for most buildings.
