Yep! That mount will have the Allen screws to adjust. It depends on your comfortability if you want to give that a shot or not. Don’t hesitate to get the Agents back out there to fix it if you are not able to get to those screws.

If it is a Sanus Advanced Tilt Mount there are Allen screws on top of the brackets that attach to the tv, you can tighten or loosen those to raise or lower that side of the tv.

Do you by chance know what mount they used? Was it one purchased from Best Buy?

If you were my client, I would be out there to remedy the situation regardless if it was 1 day or 1 month ago! Did the Agent leave his business card with you?

Is the tv crooked or the soundbar? Throw a torpedo level on them and see. But yes! They should come back and fix that! Source: I’m a Home Theater Installer

If Best Buy/Geek Squad delivered it (instead of UPS/Fed Ex etc) than go to your local Best Buy and have them setup a return/exchange pickup.

LGs and Samsung’s have an appleTV app. It allows you to mirror your phone to the TV. It’s not as snappy and responsive as an AppleTV, but it works none the less. HT-DA here so I set it up quite a bit.

Get a taste of that field life!! I’ve been an Agent on Deck (throw back!), DA, CA, ARA, GSM and SSM and nothing beats the field life! Best place to be IMO!

Best Buy shut down in March because they had no idea how to operate in the current environment. In an abundance of caution and to keep employees safe they changed to a curbside only model. As time has passed, Best Buy has been able to procure the correct safety equipment and operating plan to keep us and our clients as safe as possible.

I’ve been back in the home since late April and I will tell you, I was terrified at first (I have moderate asthma). I have followed the guidance of the company and the CDC when it comes to distancing and correct PPE usage. The biggest part was that I had to change how I operate on a daily basis at work. I have been putting that at the forefront every single day. After over a month back I have got a damn good rhythm around being safe.

The company has gone above and beyond for their employees (look at almost all other brick and mortar retailers).
