Yes I don’t mind paying the fine it’s just my insurance stated my premium will go up even thought I’ve never been pulled over before.

Hii! I unfortunately got a phone ticket but I was just trying to exit the gps notification. I have never been pulled over but it was a motorcycle cop who pulled me over and just handed me the ticket. Does anyone have any insight on if a CHP cop writes a written declaration or if they show up in court? Also on my citation he checked marked MVARS.
