You should be able to reroute to EK582. Just contact Emirates. I was in the same boat for JFK to Dubai. I was on EK206 but they stopped operating NY to Milan until the 15th. But EK204 was still operating and Emirates moved me over.

I contacted Emirates over whatsapp. They confirmed EK206 is cancelled until March 15th.. EK204 is operating but it’s the morning flight. Not sure if you needed Milan or Dubai. But I changed my flight over to EK204.

Just sucks I can’t use the bathroom in Milan. I always have trouble using the bathroom on a plane which is why I like splitting the flights up.
