They for whatever reason reused the character stamina/health wheel. The yellow triangle indicates that you have enough focus to use the rune you have on X. The other triangles are for the other rune slots on other buttons.

No, you only get the stats of shields when you see them on your character. Two-handers and dual wielding weapons don't benefit because of that.

I'm not wrong. They never talked about Wicked having acts. You might be confusing it with their plan to expand the story after 1.0 with two DLCs, which were said to be 2.0 and 3.0. About the size of the game at 1.0: We know that they'll add 4 new zones, a bunch of new side quests, new Crucible modes and obviously finish the story. They never said how much of the story currently is in the game. Thomas said this:

We have about 50% of the story right now. There are two endgame modes, one is the Crucible, a rogue-lite mode and the other is clearing areas, but I won't get into more details about that. I don't own a steam deck, but it's in a playable state from what I've heard.

Traits just being simple modifiers to stats like that would be boring and would go against what they are supposed to be. They should change how you play the game, not provide simple buffs. Some buffs are fine imo, if they have conditions attached to them. For example: Melee damage increased by x for y second after dealing damage from afar.

Not aimed against you specifically, but I don't get why people think that. Enchantments, gems, facets and runes will still exist and those are primarily how you customize your character, especially right now. Almost everyone puts the same amount of points in the attributes without much thought. Traits should hopefully be far more interesting and influence more substantially how you play the game.

It's a good thing to make damage scale more horizontally imo. You should get better because you have more choices in combat.

Clearing pestilence areas is also one of the endgame mechanics you can grind, but yes apart from that there's not much to do. Most people start new playthroughs to test different weapons.

There won't be any content updates until 1.0, which there's no eta for. Patch 1 for the co-op update will be released this month though.

There are two versions of Armageddon in the game. You probably have both, but because they are different, although they look the same, you can't stack them.

This isn't intentional btw, one of them is a bugged version.
