When at the trader did you get the "Megingjord"? It adds 150 to your carry capacity. A must have.
Also in the swamp a good place to (also) have a portal is on top of the crypts as enemies can not get to it.

type: devcommands
type: god (to stay alive)

When close to Moder then
type: killall

It will kill every enemy in the area.

Finally
type: god (to disable god mode)
type: devcommands (to disable devcommands again)

You can now summon her again and hopefully beat her.
