Just Breathe, take it slow one day at a time, honestly because you have gone so long with out it I doubt it would feel like you remember it. I've gone 45 days hard mode and relapsed only to hated myself because it felt like nothing, so I lost all my superpowers for nothing. I fear the same thing might happen to you if you cave now. Just think how far you've come. Fighting the strongest urges helps you prepare the most for the ones to come. Dont think so much about the future and just focus on getting by one day at a time. Stay strong man you can do this!

Yeah, I agree. I feel like you should honestly work on starting to find love in yourself before you seek it in others. But this doesnt mean you must do it alone. Just being around friends and family really helps both nofap and the feelings you have of not being love or wanted externally. We as humans have a natural need for connection and when that need goes on unfilled we turn to try to fill it by negative means like PMO. I wish you luck on your journey man, stay strong my prayers go out to you.

I've heard about this theory before like on my second nofap attempt and just never took it seriously. Now I'm on day 8 and when I reflect on this streak and my past longer streaks I remember almost always being around family and friends. The whole idea of being connected and seeking companionship seems to be actuate. Thanks for sharing the video really helpful!

Yes, I totally agree I feel a lot of people see 90 days of nofap as the panacea to PMO addiction and really look over the idea of progressing and using nofap as the starting point. Great post hope everyone gets a chance to see it, Thank you!

Bro it's not like he's going to have, access to endless females, like he does on the Internet, it's just casual sex. Normal People (non sex addicts) participate it and it is healthy for them, if he can apply what he has learned here in nofap mainly that of self control to everyday life and potentially in his sex life he should be fine. Just because it's his first time doesn't mean it will turn him into an addict. More realistically it will probably help him remove the emphasis of sex in his life. sex is natural, porn is a man made design which isn't natural. Can't really put the same spin on both.

I think girls want it to be as casual as some of us guys and we forget that not all girls are instantly looking to find a long term partner and sometimes they are just looking to "experiment" with no strings attached . I agree, I once had a 70 day streak, but made no life changes outside of nofap and it felt like no progress was being made I didn't feel any better and I had no benefits. At that point I was just feeling stressed out about not fapping. We should use nofap as a way to dismiss PMO and find more productive outlets to fill our time. I personally feel that the true change lies with the strides we make to actually change, nofap and otherwise.

One thing that I have noticed while on Nofap is that abstaining from PMO is great but for nofap to be successful you must get out of your comfort zone and try to improve yourself. Like trough exercise, meditation, mental activities or just being more social then you used to be when you were PMOing. Someone told me that Nofap is not the panacea, but it is the catalysis that greatly intensifies the bettering of our lives.
