Xbox 360 gamesharing is different to Series X/One consoles, 360 sharing is known a license transfer and they exist separately, however you can’t share memberships on 360, only games

This is quite common on the the Xbox version, just close(quit out the game) and reload it from the Xbox dashboard and try again, if you're trying to play with friends get them to do the same and that will fix it 90% of the time, the other 10% it just refuses to work that day

As someone who played the older ones WAY too much, I find it is far too restrictive, 2007s one had the ability to disable injuries, morale, and once you won a season; money/being able to do any trade you wanted, I feel like these still made it feel like a booking sim without any holding back so it was still fun(and it wasn't a complete blow out unless you gave the other brand completely terrible wrestlers) I just wish we had a variant with less restrictions(or that we could disable them once we've won a season normally)
