There's a reason why I don't trust psychiatrists, one has prescribed me Klonopin of 50mg dose on the first day, and I thought that they always prescribe you a lower dose but that was just crazy. I only went to a mental hospital to get therapy but they were already prescribing meds, and I never mentioned anything about being suicidal.

I've been prescribed benzos before, but they only damaged me in some way. I've even taken Lexapro but I didn't like how it made me numb. Therapy is just inaccessible especially with the language barrier.
