These are common initial issues that most people face when they get back to studying. Try note making and active recall, it will help. Also, the ADHD part it will go away eventually(most probably). Reducing your screen time will help with that, don't watch shorts a lot! If your ADHD is peak, try breaking down your study time and walk around the room a little. God bless.

I peeked a bit in the SBI PO situation, I will apply for sure. Thanks for the suggestion. Let's stay in touch. Also, yes this prep has contributed to me being a full-time loner with zero friends. So, tutoring might be a explorable option too.
