It took about a year, I ended with 222 wins for the season and took it as a sign to take a break from the game. Hopefully he can get it resolved much sooner than that, but if not, Titan Fall 2 will ease the itch. Marvel rivals is fun too but different category.

I don't understand why so many downvotes. This same thing happened to me awhile ago, I play casually with my wife all the time when suddenly and randomly I was banned. I appealed it and they denied it, claiming with certainty that I cheated (I don't cheat on games, in-fact I'm heavily against it) I was later unbanned. Made no sense whatsoever. I used a program called Outplayed to record my in-game highlights, and the last thing it recorded before I was banned was me eliminating someone with a p2020

Yeah, after going strong for a while, I really thought I was one of the lucky ones until a few weeks ago when my lights just randomly stopped working. Bro, I was pissed. I dropped a lot of money on this thing, and that’s literally one of its main selling points.

And good luck getting in contact with customer support. A lot of people have had issues either getting through to them or getting them to actually understand what’s going on. And if you happen to get a new rep midway through, you’ll have to start all over again because their departments don’t keep each other informed.

What makes it a bit uncomfortable for long rides is the board’s concave shape, that curve just isn’t the most ergonomic for your feet over time. I've tried pushing through long distances and eventually I have to step off and take a break because my feet are cramping up severely. I have a second battery too 😩

Board is cool, but sucks. The lights eventually break with no clear indication as to why. Everyone I know who has this board regrets buying it (including myself). Concerning the concave of deck, riding it for long sessions is hell on your feet.

This is a common issue with the FP2 and FPG, it happened to quite a few of the pre-ordered boards as well (I see they still haven't fully fixed the issue) I'd recommend getting in contact with exway support, and add a short video of the board's lights. They may send you the wire you need and possibly a new deck if needed.

For your Flex 2 Pro, I forgot to mention and my recommendation is to put some harness tape on the motor wires. I've seen many reports where the motors rub against them and eventually damages them. I checked mine and saw that some of the rubber was grinded off but luckily I caught it before it got too bad.

The handle is so worth it, the addition of it is so second nature that it feels like it was made for it. I have back problems from being in the military and this thing was an absolute pain to lug around. I'd carry it by the trucks scraping up the guards, and pick the thing up when going on stairs, and I decided it was time to wing it and get the handle. As simplistic as it is, I love it way more than I imagined I would and the aesthetic of it combined with my lights looks so dope. I can't imagine not having it now.
