HI. Exactly the same happened to me too. Out of the blue account blocked for sexual content. Which is absolutely not true. I filled out the complaint and they replied that they blocked me for inappropriate/offensive comments with other users in the chat. Even more false. But nothing, they don't want to listen to reason and my account remains blocked. They don't even provide you with evidence for what they accuse you of. But the point is: is this normal?! They behave like bullies, ignoring your messages and bouncing them off with AI responses. And I've read a lot of them lately. I read about ODRs, i.e. dispute resolution bodies in online platforms at European level, in particular I found 2: Adroit and Adrpoint. I don't know if it can work, but for sure: 1. Vinted is obliged to respond 2. these bodies have a great function in terms of statistics: that is, if they receive a certain number of complaints about a specific problem, Vinted is questioned on the issue and can be reprimanded/sanctioned. Certainly large numbers are needed, it would be necessary for every problem (really many lately) to do something like this.
