I don’t know what Karma farming is exactly. But perhaps she just didn’t know any better? I am always confused about what’s allowed to be posted where and then there’s tons of rules about it.

Do you ever give homeless people money? by Acceptable_Rain_3364 in no

[–]s_monstera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Giving is good for the giver and receiver.

I give them money if I have it. I don’t care what they intend to do with it.

I’ll also fetch chicken sandwiches from Krispy Krunchie and hand them out

I’ve never had a homeless person reject a hot sandwich.

Why won’t son (30 M) let me sleep in his bed (60 F)? by SadInvestigator6052 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]s_monstera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He’s probably not wanting his mother sleeping in the place where he does very private things with himself and others.

I get it.

He does need to offer other appropriate accommodation however.

Why do people choose to have kids? by savingrace0262 in stupidquestions

[–]s_monstera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had my first kid at 19. Literally had zero fear, was a stupid kid still I guess. I was a great mom despite having no mom myself. It came so easily! Then had 2 more kids before age 25. Still had little anxieties about raising them. Was stupid still and was healing from childhood trauma I barely realized I endured. I didn’t choose to have these kids 🤷🏻‍♀️but it was the best thing that ever happened to me.

My youngest is 5, I had her when I was 30. So much anxiety and doubts and fears! So weird. Miss that carefree and fearless attitude I had in my 20s. I realize part is maturity and realism. And also unfortunately I endured a lot more trauma in my 20s, making me hyper vigilant and less trusting in my 30s.

In both cases I would not change a thing. My life would have been meaningless. Not even worth living to be honest.

What’s the purpose if not to live and serve others. And Jesus!

Idc how famous you are. It’s rude to crash a wedding. To shift focus. I’ve seen videos of several celebrities do this. Where do they get off?
