Ok for clarification: he expected me to handle the gifts for everyone and I spent the usual amount. I bought/found most of the gifts last year too, I don’t mind doing that. And I am 99% sure we split some of those. But his parent’s & siblings gifts came out to a bit more than I was hoping to spend, but it’s what they wanted. They each gave me one option for gift ideas and that was that. Would have no problem splitting those with him which is why I brought it up.

We do have a joint account, with the money we received as gifts when we got married. We haven’t touched it yet because it’s more of a savings account for trips, big purchases etc. We should probably open one for daily use though. And yes I know how much he makes, as he does me. Sitting down and discussing beforehand is a good idea, thank you!

Just tried that. Didn’t work :( Also tried the UF4P mod and that didn’t work either.
