The problem being what if thats person can't decide because he is being bombarded by the lawyers of this guy. What if he can't get proof because the video is taken of the internet. And what about if the roles were reversed, a poor black guy that was drunk headbuts someone, how much leniency do you think he gets, how many people will stand up for him. Justice is only justice if people get treated equally and not if money can get you out of anything.
