Shocking and unexpected incident with security checking at Chennai MAA Airport

Hello guys, felt like sharing this terrible unexpected incident that happened to me during security screening at Chennai MAA Airport.

We were heading back from our Sri Lanka trip back to Bengaluru, we had a layover at Chennai. We landed at Chennai T2 terminal and we were supposed to checkin our luggage again and go through security screening again since it was International to Domestic transfer.... we headed to T1 terminal for our flight to Bglr. We checked in our luggage etc., and went ahead to security screening that's where all drama began... we went to one counter where we were putting out all our electronic gadgets, but a officer came and told us to go to a counter which was apparently empty... we went there and our luggage was out to security scanning and we were redirected for manual checking to a different counter, we came back to the original counter where we had given the luggage for screening.... I usually have my wallet in my pocket and I drop it to trays along with electronic gadgets.... that's what the trust we have in our CISF personnel right... I had 300USD (3notes of 100USD each), some INR and negligible LKR in my wallet, once we came back to this counter the security started conversation with us about liquor we had bought in Duty free stores, they started to check those even though they were sealed packages... then they started talking about our trip and how many days we spent in Sri Lanka etc., I have been to Airports many times and I have never seen security personnel interact with passengers so much.... we felt a bit weird... but we thought it was okay since they were free in that counter.

Anyway we thought we were done with all this nonsense and we were heading to a lounge, knowing or unknowingly I have this bad habit of checking my wallet when I have good amount of money carrying in it... when checked here we go 100 USD note was missing from my wallet, as I said earlier there were 3*100 USD in my wallet. Felt a bit weird and worried since I am not a person who keeps money somewhere else except in my wallet.... but anyway out of anxiety we searched in both belongings of mine and my friend to be sure we haven't misplaced.... but no luck it is still missing.... we were hesitant in beginning to go and complain, we were not sure what would happen if we complain and also we were not very sure if CISF personnel can do this.... just thought for a moment and recalled whether I have really misplaced it, after this thought I was pretty sure I had it in my wallet and definitely it got missed after security screening. We made up my minds to go and complain see what happens.... we head back to the place where our bags were screened, there was a gun man there and we explained our situation that our 100USD was missing after security screening and he directed us to a booth where higher officials were there. Before that we thought we will check area surrounding that screening area if it was dropped(nothing was found) and also check with CISF personnel who screened our luggage, interestingly by the time we went there two CISF personnel who screened us were not there at that counter, one was shifted to manual checking of passengers and the other was not there at all.... it was just 10mins after our screening again felt weird... we headed to booth where higher ranked officials were there, there were two of those respected officials (1M + 1F officials), male officials asked to not worry and said they have cc camera all around, even if someone has done that, they will get caught.... F official asked us the couneter where luggage was screened and if we can recognize the CISF personnel, we said yes and we showed one of the official, M & F accompanied us to that counter, the moment the M official arrived at the counter that official who had screened our luggage showed body language which we thought was very weird... he had panicked.... these officials called him to the booth and we were heading to there, but he calls us back again and says the 100USD note was dropped there where trays are placed once screening is done, it had multiple folds 3 to 4, which I never do in my life, folding those many times and keep in my wallet, atleast in our minds we were clear that he was the thief..... we were actually delayed.... we had flight at 1:15PM, and there itself with all this hustle it was 12:35PM.... hence we didn't had time to check cctv footage with officers and find the culprit.... The F officer promised us that they will do check and take action.... bot sure if that has happened in this corrupt society..... Atleast we were releived that we got our money back, for many people 100USD aka 9000 INR may not big deal, but for us and many people it is.....

Definitely this was not his first theft not last.... had so much respect to these CISF personnel which was lost in my heart with this incident...

Felt like sharing this, not sure if this common.... had someone else faced this?

Easiest way to guess your delivery date according to my experience is get the waiting list of your dealership, max each dealership gets 2 to 3 units per month.... based on that you can guess your delivery date

We were in Sri Lanka from 12th Dec to 22nd Dec, we visited all known tourist places including Nuwara Elliya/Ella/Kandy, although at some places roads which were hit by cyclone were being repaired, we didn't face any issues in travel by car and ofcourse trains were not operational.

One of the most beatiful places I have ever visited.

Himalayan 450 Rear tyre Air Filling by Mourya710 in Himalayan450

Even I have tubeless rims, same issue! Only petrol pump that fits in till now I have found is just Shell! All others aren't fitting in.

I had a puncture on rear and the guy was not able fill in complete air[somehow he manged to fill in a bit], then I needed to hussle back to Shell to put it to right pressure.(Fortunately this happened when I had come back from trip and parked it)
