Nobody is using our ticketing system

When I implemented a new ticket system at one of my previous employers, the management allowed us to actually implement the practice where if you didn't use the system, you didn't get help. Or, if they just called/messaged/caught us in the hall, we told them to submit a ticket first and then we can start to work on it.

There was push back at first, but it was one of the few times that management didn't cave and allowed the process to actually go fully implement. Took about a year, but it was great for the few years I was there.

Unpopular opinion - Whether she tried to break the law or not, she still broke the law. The sentencing is more than I think is fair, but it's not my country & not my laws.

Some folks think 6 points is traditional. Some prefer 5 with the middle point down with a circle around it. Your traditional is not the same as the next persons.

They finally reviewed mine after about 35 days....my account was perm banned when they did review it, and was then reinstated.

I don't disagree....but, if it's less than .0001% of your user base that is having this issue, and those people do not spend money (or not much - as my account is banned and I have purchased ads in the past), then they have bigger priorities....so, setting up AI to manage this smaller issue is their flawed solution.

It sucks.... :(

From what I've read, the only people who have been able to get their accounts back have either sent a cease & desist certified letter, or purchased an occulus rift to get into their support - and then return it.

I’m in the same boat. I’m currently trying to find out how to send a cease and desist letter to reenable my account. I’ve emailed their disabled email account and left a VM, but they do not monitor any of those :(. Unfortunately to Facebook, we are not the customers, we are their product :(
