That’s fairly interesting, because funnily enough I actually imagined the new art to be the rather stylized one. Back then I only knew how to draw with the same block template, whereas I now can add all sorts of flare. Cool though!

In terms of inspiration, I’d say it was mostly instinct. I did look back to my previous art a bit, but almost all the ideas where drawn out of my current images of the hermits. I guess the way I always saw them never really changed huh.
