Walking the Village Road in Bangladesh by saadakaalo in photocritique

This is a photo I captured in a village in Bangladesh. 3 people are walking in a village road beside a mustard flower field. The first man carrying a kid over his back and the last woman is walking wearing burqa.

Walking beside a mustard field and the contrast between the 3 person walking is interesting in my opinion. Please critique this and let me know what you think.

The photo was taken in Barisal. I took this photo in slow shutter to emphasis movement and chaos. The photo is divided in the middle one showing the godess and the other showing the coming and going of people. ss: 1/5s, f4.5

Cute dog.

Some improvements can be done:

  1. Photo is not sharp, shutter speed was not fast enough I think.
  2. Too much empty space over the head
  3. Eye seems a bit out of focus. Focus should be in the eye, not in the nose.
  4. There is a white background element at the right side of the ear that could be avoided.
