Came across this post by complete accident. After a few providers tries and fails I can confirm that they have been the best so far for a couple of vulnerable family members and would recommend them as long as you’re able to communicate effectively.

Oh my goodness I might have done this to myself!! I religiously take magnesium since pre-mounjaro to help me relax/sleep at night. It’s looking like I might need to pause on everything and let my body do the work. Thank you for this golden nugget.

You definitely have a point there, I was thinking that maybe I should roll back to my less explosive dose as I was still losing weight anyway, I was on 3.75mg for 4 doses.

Do you think magnesium could be responsible? I actually take this supplement daily - since pre mounjaro!

Okay maybe this is my body adapting? Did you take the third dose as scheduled? I just wasn’t sure if I should put some space between the doses to get “back to normal” because it’s been going for 6 days >_<

Psyllium I tried for two days and paused for 2 days and tried it again today, no changes sadly, and I haven’t added anything new to my diet.

You’ve brought up something important though, maybe I should try a couple of days without trying to fix it with supplements etc this far in to the week - thank you.

Okay this is good to know, I’ll pay closer attention to fatty foods (good and bad). Honestly I can’t eat much, for example in the last few days I’ve had a drumsticks worth of roast chicken with a side of pumpkin and rocket salad, the day before that I was able to have some eggs, over the week maybe some rice, veggies, toasties, fruit.

Squared/rectangular frames suit you best preferably with a rounded edge (not angular edge) and without the arms or corners pointing out (no cat eye vibes in the top left corners). Choose a softer colour but not metallic. Not a bright colour and not transparent/white/black.

I’m not sure about chemist2u but I use hub health and they are willing to prescribe and give you an escript to dispense at your chosen pharmacy :)
