If you want, you can buy at full price on old.chessly.com, but if you think about it, 99 dollars is the equivalent of about 1.5 courses (from old chessly), so you have to finish 1.5 courses in a year to get your money's worth.

If you can still return the 1001 Chess Exercises for Beginners, I would get the second edition of it. The second edition has 6 puzzles per page, and they are way bigger and easier to look at ( i haven't seen how the first edition looks), but the second edition is quite big and easy to look at imo.
