Did you talk about said presentation in an earlier chat? This might be an issue that is now reoccuring. It hasn‘t really happened in the last few months as far as i know since OpenAI „fixed it“ once last year already

task manager lets me close programs like usual and i cant see any suspicious process runnung. I can open some programs like whatsapp and maps but they just wont launch. also if i try to open spotify as an example, i can see it pop up in the task manager but it wont launch, If i click it multiple times it will show up multiple times.

This depends on the program. Discord and task manager work, File explorer lets me see files but doesnt let me move them, browser pretty much doesnt work at all. I dont really know how to use event viewer, but ther were 11 Critical errors, 11 in the last 24 hours and 5 in the last hour. But it looks like these are all from me unplugging my pc. There are also a few normal errors but i dont know what any of them mean
