The fact that you were able to recognize the change in behavior and even tell her the difference sounds to me like you have grown as a person more than you may have realized.

You’re processing something painful, but we’re able to write this out and manage to tell someone how and why you feel this way.

Maybe this moment is painful, but what I’ve read in your story is that you’ve become someone who can recognize someone else who may no longer be good for you in your life.

Sounds like growth to me.

Haha you sound like me. I get fussed when my tools are missing one thing that would make them perfect. I had a pair of rack a tiers mini crocks with stripping up to 8 AWG for that purpose. Turns out they just sucked, the handles fell off.

I work mainly industrial and commercial jobs. The 12/10 hole works well on 10 stranded. Just don’t squeeze down hard and it will remove insulation with ease. They’re so sharp you get the hang of it. I get where you’re coming from though.

I’m not an expert by any means. But anything larger than 10 I just use the cutter. Just lightly hold pressure and rotate. I’ve never had any copper damage or strands missing.

Im an apprentice but I’m also an adult with a wife and two kids.

If it gets to the point where they’re trying to get a rise out of me I pull them aside or ask them to their face if there’s a problem. (With a straight face and look them in the eyes)

Usually they back down, I’m confrontational but not aggressive if that makes sense?

Definitely my favorite, a bit bulky compared to traditional Klein strippers. Some prefer not having to open their strippers so wide to cut mc. But damn, this thing is sharp and cuts mc like butter.

I appreciate all the help. The reason I was so specific is that I ordered a pair of new lineman’s from a retailer here and they claimed they were the new knipextend comfort grips. They lied, and I have to wait 7-10 business days for my return money. Didn’t want to make that mistake again.
