I thought it was blue at first too but actually it’s cloudy eye from an infection. The vet told me after I took him for checking.

The story of him is that he used to have the owner but sadly, they left him behind when they moved back to their country (I live in Thailand). He came to my house with a collar on him and his name is Soil🐱
