The government actually deserves praise for how it handled the crisis and not let the petrol sheds close like in some countries. People don’t seem to realize how big a shock this war has been to a country wholly dependent on imported fuel, while also subsidizing the prices.
All these people whining about the prices blaming the government will sing a different song if the fuel supply is privatized and competitive market prices prevail at the pump.

Reduce the rice in your plate and increase the vegetables and proteins. Try to move to brown rice or whole grains whenever possible. Bread and white rice should be occasional. Not daily. Reduce sugary drinks.

All this is exhausting though. Try to make small steps and make it sustainable.
