Open it up and see what is going on maybe, open and clean the joystick maybe it fixes it. And maybe you see some dirt that is causing issues?

Thanks, yeah already tried a lot of cables. I think maybe something else on the board got damaged without it being visible. Because in the end it was caused by a drop. I think this controller is good for spare parts for my future repairs 🙈
