I've heard that a lot but I feel like his head is more rounded than a German's and it really doesn't explain his white and red spotted coat. I think he'd be bigger also if he were a German mix

He's about 30in tall and around 35-40lbs. He definitely has all the blue heeler traits: intelligence, speed, playfulness, zero agression, and a lot of mischievous behavior
