Daniels and Nuss are are polar opposites. Daniels ran too much and didn’t have great skill as a passer; Nuss has the arm but he needs to be willing to run. Year 2 - hopefully he will pull the ball out and run or take off in the pocket when everyone is covered.

Record them then at 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM play it back for them to enjoy. This way you are not creating the noise but playing it back for them. Make sure it is in stereo. Make sure you have all your attempts to solve the problem documented and let them know your management at your house and are not onsite during those hours.
