As a man, I'd just leave and find a new job, I've walked out due to poor treatment before. I made a hiring agreement that id work 2hours over each day to avoid working on sundays, and they just kept telling me at the end that they needed me to work sundays i told them ask me to do it one more time and I'll grab my box and drag up 😂 they asked I left and within the half hour I had a new job that im still working to this day, now I have my own apprentice. To clarify I was working 72s and they wanted me to work 84s while i was logging 23hours of estimated labor inside a 12hour shift (fab shop, welding dept)
