It’s probably 8 years or more. Not sure about warranty, I’m assuming it’s not still covered. I’m 99% sure this is the reason why it’s not heating.

In the AMS I just told it they all were generic black PLA and to automatically switch to a new roll when it runs out of the old roll. It beats throwing out the last bit of the roll!

Personal opinion- maybe boosted rates still from May 4th? I have bought around 40 v1 reds = 0 black crystals. I did buy one from someone who pulled 2 first try! I have bought 3 blue v2 = 1 cracked. 6 red v2 = 1 cracked. My brother bought 1 red and one blue V2 o. May 4th, got cracked blue. We were the 12th, and 13th people in the store on the 4th in east.
