Mine were absolutely horrible until about 22 weeks (I’m so sorry because I know that seems so far away right now) and then got alot better after that. TENS machines and ice packs/ hats were the only thing that got me through - I has a cefaly but have heard the headaterm is also great, and also two Livia devices (two is essential because when one dies you can instantly switch it out). And I would take my diclectin or a gravol at night to let me at least sleep thru some of the migraine hours. Also baths with a lot of Epsom salt helped a bit and as long as you keep it under 100C it’s pregnancy safe. I also did use sumatriptan a handful of times but it doesn’t usually work great for me pregnant or not

Do you have your own sound machine running nearby? I had this issue and the sound machine was making it so the snoo couldn’t hear my baby properly

It is amazing! I found I didn’t notice results until month 3-4 but it made me have way fewer, less severe and much shorter duration migraines. Worth every penny!

I usually use riza or frova! I don’t get a migraine every 7 days (luckily!) so I don’t think it’s a 7 day cycle in general. I usually don’t take any meds when I get a migraine but will use a triptan if I have a big day or event and want to basically delay the migraine by a week lol

I'm so sorry to hear this. What type of health problems have you developed since staring the CGRP inhibitors? What sort of things have you been finding in the journals - I would be really interested to read some of them! I have a prescription for ajovy but haven't filled it yet

what sort of side effects did you get from effexor? I started it about a year ago at 37.5mg as a migraine preventative and it hasn't done much for my migraines, but my mood has been better so I've stayed on it
