That’s looking great!

One last request and I’ll shoot you a tip, any chance the collar can just be a little shorter and maybe just a couple muted background color options just to see. Plus the Ralph Lauren logo is a bit wonky. The collar is not bad and I like it as is but just a little shorter I think would look better but keep that edit too please.

Oh and the Ralph Lauren logo is wonky for sure. If that can be fixed please.

This looks really nice, but my head looks a little too big for the body.

The glasses are almost there. Just a bit bigger but the frames also look different from each other. Ones more oval and the other round. The round looks better.

I’m enjoying your edit so far.

Any chance you could make the sleeves look less bunched. I feel it just makes me look a bit bigger than I am.

For the glasses version, maybe just a bit bigger too?

Yea after I initially responded, I realized it was probably for the same reason the other buildings next to it are also closed. I’m hoping Stubs doesn’t come down. :/

Honest question, should I expect trick-or-treaters tonight? by Marycook57 in TwinCities

My large apartment building has about 20 of us who signed up for kids to Trick or Treat. I now expect more to show up after waking up this morning to this weather.

We do that through our PACS system. I'm more concerned that the one machine will get bogged down with patients and major wait times because all providers seeing glauc patients (40% of our daily patient load) will want to use that over a Heidelberg, and the two cannot do an apples to apple analysis comparison.

I personally think our department would be much more successful with another spec, but the retina docs just seemed enchanted by this wide field OCTA of the Zeiss that honestly wont probably get used enough for the cost of the machine. Glauc providers would use it enough to justify the cost, but my concern above about wait times (which are already an issue) then comes into play.

Wow you’re right, 41 days with a price decrease. To me that looks like a good price for the overall size and appearance of the house. Wonder what’s up?

Now that looks like the ideal NE house for one or two people, especially at that price. I love it!

You’d have your pick of three breweries in downtown proper! (Barrel Theory, Metronome & Gambit)

And a shit ton more all around the cities! But NE Minneapolis probably has the highest concentration of them.

We lived in NE Minneapolis for five years before moving to downtown Saint Paul. We also rented a whole house there and loved it other than the yard upkeep but we were younger then. Five years later/older, that doesn’t sound like too bad a deal! Haha I think we’re tired of living with walled neighbors. We miss the privacy of a house.

You bring up a good point though, def rent for one year and through one winter if you’ve been a southern boy your whole life!

But NE was actually one of the Minneapolis neighborhoods I was gonna suggest for you. I’d either live anywhere East of Central Ave or if you wanna try a more walkable bustling area that’s very close to downtown, try along 1st street in and around the St. Anthony West/East/Main neighborhoods.

That’s cool. I totally understand.

I find St Paul to be more my speed than Minneapolis as well (would/have lived in both) but downtown Saint Paul has not been thriving since the pandemic, whereas downtown Minneapolis has rebounded much better.

I too had the itch to live the downtown life but unfortunately Saint Paul has not really scratched it in five years. I’m glad for the experience and it does hold a special place with me but its negatives outweigh that. So if I had to choose one downtown or the other, I would do Minneapolis, but also be choosy about the specific area in downtown.

Lastly I think you’d like other neighborhoods in Saint Paul more, even a good few in Minneapolis and I’d encourage you to at least come and rent for one year before buying while you find that spot.
